COCONUT GROVE ELEMENTARY PARKING
Lot closest to McFarlane Entrance.
Contact: Mia Sorenson at 305-338 6745 or by email at agapemat44@bellsouth.net . Leave your name and vehicle size (1 van/2 van). All trucks will get a 4 day pass for their front window. Parking begins Friday at 12:00 ends Monday.
$75.00 / weekend, Assuming 1 truck/van. $10.00 additional for a trailer. $20.00 per day for all day parking. RV’s - Call to discuss.
RANSOM EVERGLADES SCHOOL
3575 Main Highway- Lot closest to Main Highway Entrance
Contact: Lauree Clark to make a reservation either by email at lclark@ransomeverglades.org or by phone, 305-460-2102. (Reservations by EMAIL are preferred and will be given first priority.) Please include name, type of vehicles, length of vehicles, phone number and email address.
Entry on Friday 2/16 may occur anytime after 7:00a.m. and up until 11:00p.m. Vendors may enter Thursday night 2/14 ONLY BETWEEN 9:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. for an extra $5 per space.
Ransom Everglades School does not provide electricity and water hook-ups, JUST a parking space.
Vendors will be charged $50 per parking space being used for four days of parking. (RV’s usually take at least three spaces.)
There is a 24 hour security guard in RE parking lot and school gates are LOCKED at 11:00p.m. each night. Vendors are still able to enter and leave campus as a pedestrian after 11:00p.m., but no access is available for vehicles between the hours of 11:00p.m.and 6:00a.m.
Parking is offered with the understanding that vendors agree to a standard assumption of risk on the part of the vendor and that vendors will not hold Ransom Everglades School or any of its employees liable in the unlikely event of an accident or injury.
